Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below for details on returning items, refunds, and reporting damaged goods.

1. Returning Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return an unwanted item purchased from our website, the following conditions apply:

  • Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
  • The item must have been stored indoors, kept dry, and be in resalable condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for arranging the return delivery.
  • The buyer must cover all return delivery costs.
  • A restocking surcharge of up to 20% may apply to unwanted or surplus items.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking charge) to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

2. Bespoke & Custom-Built Items

Please note that bespoke or custom-built items are exempt from this return policy. These products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. This allows us to raise an investigation with the courier. When reporting damage, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos of the damage
  • Photos of any damaged packaging (if applicable)

This information helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.
