Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking charge) to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that bespoke or custom-built items are exempt from this return policy. These products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
