Canadian Cedar Privacy Gates
Our Canadian Cedar Privacy gates provide customers with a premium gating option that comes with an enhanced level of privacy.
The front-facing side of the gates uses the 44mm cedar interlocking slats to produce a 5mm shadow line instead of a see-through gap. The rear-facing side displays a smooth surface held together by our Cedar framing timbers.
Our privacy gates measure 1750mm high x 900mm wide, although bespoke options are available upon request.
These gates are designed to complement our collection of Cedar fence panels and furniture.

The Cedar used to build our privacy range is of the highest quality and rich in natural oils that help safeguard against bacterial damage, insect damage, rotting and weathering.
This makes it a perfect building material for most UK properties.
Customers can expect a lifespan of between 20 and 30 years, longer if treated regularly.
Sustainably Sourced Timbers
Our Cedar is sourced from forests carrying the PEFC certification. This organisation protects and helps to regenerate Canadian forests.
Cedar is also lightweight and easy to handle, cut, and sand, allowing customers to build to their exact specifications simply and hassle-freely.

Do the privacy gates hold rainwater?
No. The slats have rounded edges to discourage water buildup.
How long will my gates last?
Cedar gates will last between 20 and 30 years without special treatment. With regular treatment, lifespan can be improved.
What fixtures and fittings do I need?
To keep your Cedar gates in perfect condition, we recommend using stainless steel fixings to prevent unsightly chemical reactions, bleeds and staining. Please get in touch if you’d like tailored advice on which fixtures and fittings to use with our products.
Do you offer bespoke measurements?
Yes, all gates can be tailored to your requirements, including our Cedar options.

Is any maintenance or treatment required?
No ongoing maintenance or treatment is required. If you want to prevent colour fading, you can use UV treatment oil. Fixtures and fittings may also need to be oiled occasionally to ensure smooth operation and avoid creaking.
