Privacy Fence Panels
Our privacy fence panel offers several advantages over a slatted fence panel. The privacy panel is built with interlocking slats, which still achieve the slatted look but have 5mm shadow lines instead of gaps. This means that the privacy panel offers complete privacy, unlike the slatted fence panel, which has 6mm or 12mm gaps in between each slat. Overall, a privacy fence panel offers a more elegant, secure and private solution for your outdoor space.

Does this panel need maintenance?
Douglas Fir does not require any maintenance thanks to the hard-wearing properties of the timber. We do advise customers to treat with a UV oil or some form of wood care treatment to help preserve colouring and longevity.
Does this panel include capping?
Yes, all privacy fence panels include a capping strip along the top to complete the finish.
What is lifespan of Douglas Fir?
Even though Douglas Fir is a softwood, the timber is very hard-wearing and will easily withstand British weather for years to come, with the timber, on average, lasting 20 years plus.
Will Douglas Fir Rot?
Douglas Fir is incredibly hard-wearing and has exceptional resistance to a range of common negatives such as rotting, bacteria, insect damage, warping and more.
